Package Tracking & Delivery

  • Once packages enter our logistics partner's system, they become the customer's responsibility
  • For delivery issues (delays, missing packages, etc.), please contact the courier company directly
  • If tracking shows delivery but package is missing, contact your local courier partner

Unboxing Videos for Claims

Unboxing videos are critical for documenting the condition of your delivered package. We understand that despite careful packaging, items can be damaged during shipping. To protect both our customers and our business, we require an unboxing video when filing a claim for:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Packaging discrepancies

When creating your unboxing video, please:

  • Record the entire unboxing process from the moment the package is received
  • Clearly show the package's exterior condition
  • Capture the opening of the package and initial product inspection
  • Ensure clear, steady view of the item

These videos provide essential visual evidence for our claims process and help us quickly resolve any shipping-related issues. Our courier provider relies on this documentation to investigate and process claims efficiently.

Returns & Reshipment

  • Undelivered packages returned to us will only be reshipped at customer expense
  • No refunds will be provided for returned parcels
